You have the right to request deletion of your Guardian AI account and associated personal data at any time.
How to Request Deletion
Email us directly to submit your deletion request:

- Your full name
- Company name
- Email address associated with your account
What Gets Deleted
- User profile information
- Login credentials
- Personal account data
What May Be Retained
Safety records, JSAs, field tickets, inspections, incident reports, and audit logs may be retained for up to 90 days for legal, compliance, and contractual recordkeeping purposes, then permanently deleted.
Processing Time
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt.
