Guardian AI uses email and password authentication. Make sure you are using the exact email address that was registered for your account by your company administrator. Check that Caps Lock is off. If the issue persists, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen or contact your supervisor to confirm your account is active.
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your registered email address. You will receive a password reset link from Firebase Authentication within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive. If you do not receive the email, your email address may not be registered — contact your supervisor or email us at id.resourcesllc@gmail.com.
First, check your internet connection — Guardian AI requires a data connection to save and submit field tickets. If you are connected and the ticket still won't submit, ensure all required fields are filled in (fields highlighted in red are required). Drafts are saved automatically as you type, so your work should not be lost. If the problem continues, close and reopen the app and try again, or contact support.
Guardian Vision works best with clear, well-lit photos that show the full work area. For best results: take photos in good lighting, capture the equipment and surrounding area in frame, and avoid extreme closeups of a single object. If the analysis seems incomplete, you can edit the generated JSA manually after it is created. Analysis typically takes 15–30 seconds depending on connection speed.

All Guardian AI data is stored in Google Firebase's cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Each company's data is isolated by security rules — only users within your company can access your jobs, field tickets, and records. We do not sell or share your data.
